Located near Baños de Agua Santa, in the Río Negro sector, just 45 minutes away, Cashaurco is an ideal destination for canyoning enthusiasts seeking a mix of adrenaline, waterfalls, rappelling, jumps, and nature.

The thrilling journey involves descending a series of waterfalls ranging from 5 to 45 meters, surrounded by lush vegetation and natural rock formations.

It includes the use of rappelling techniques to descend the waterfalls, as well as walking through the canyon, jumping into natural pools from heights of 3 to 7 meters, and sliding down natural water-formed slides.

Experience this exhilarating adventure sport amid abundant water and the pleasant temperatures of the jungle surroundings of Baños de Agua Santa.

Itinerary

Duration: 5.5 hours
Level: Intermediate – Guided adventure
Departure: 9:00 a.m. from the Baños office
Return: 14:30 p.m

Equipped with safety gear at the office in Baños, we head towards the sector, enjoying the waterfall route during the trip.

Upon arrival, our instructor will provide a comprehensive safety briefing, and then we begin with our first jump of 1 meter, followed by a 3-meter jump, continuing along the water flow and then making another thrilling 7-meter jump.

After the big jump, our guides will set up a 35-meter zip line for you to fly across the canyon.

Continuing our adventure, we will hike and make small jumps until we reach an incredible 30-meter waterfall!

We will rappel down the waterfall, and then jump into a deep pool of clear, clean water.

Our journey concludes with another 14-meter waterfall, followed by a 2-meter jump, where you can stay longer, either repeating the jump or just playing in the pool!

After this, we head to savor a delicious lunch, with vegetarian options available.

After lunch, we return to the office in Baños, where you will receive the activity photos.
